Can I accept SRC tenders using a mobile device?
Yes, using One Network mobile App, you can accept tenders on the go.
Will Carriers be able to see other carrier's contracts?
Each carrier can access their own contract with SRC, as long as they are onboarded and actively using UI.
Can One Network (a Blue Yonder Company) support a Carrier's API rather than using One Network's API?
Do we have to accept/reject each tender that hits our system?
The carriers can define their own rules in One Network(Auto accept /Auto reject). Tender timing expectations from SRC will be provided as part of upcoming project information and training.
If a carrier is already working with One Network via another customer, does that change any of the setup/onboarding process?
Glad to hear you are already a part of the network. Yes, you will have less steps than a carrier onboarding brand new to the network. We ask that you complete the intake form and we can match you to the existing Enterprise we have for your organization on One Network. Once completed, the team will reach out with the details according to your current setup.
